June 2005, A South African called Nuno Gomes, had Reached the depth of 318.25m in the Red sea.
That all you could scuba to, so G/L with that.
I don't think they would let that.

ahh you spelled ruin wrong terrible 
.... besides EMP blasts only knock things out for a min. cause most things have a constant flow of electricity from a line a robot would have like a battery kinda core that would be instantly shut down i think... ???
