Strat chat!

If you have any recommendations or tips about Stratagy games, please do tell.
I personally would have to recommend Medieval 2 total war for those RTS and turn based fans but I woulden't recommend this game to impatient people.

Matters how many troops you send out somtimes takes around an hour if your playing someone else or a hard or very hard npc.

Wc3 has to have some of the weakest stratagy in any game ever having heros that kill a wave of your troops by themselves leaving no real need for regular troops as long as you have well healed hero.

Have you played latter games? There is a lot of strategy involved, but I bout the damn game for the custom maps.

What kind of stratagy you talking about??

Not in Ladder games...

Company of Heroes is an amazing RTS. One of the best ever, I would say.

Dawn of War is also great.

See, being the first one to attack with a large group of troops and a hero doesen't need a lot of thought. You achieve a more stratigistic feel in older games like the original Red Alert. The game Impossible Creatures has a large rushing element as well but the fact that you created your army yourself, atleast makes you think on your feet.

got kinda boring thogh the campaign wasnt long enouygh and i dont think it had intertnet capabilities

I played internet games there really fun and the good part is everyone has a diffrent army theres no one army that everyone copys, which makes it really sweet

Blizzard RTS > Everything else

Meh, world in conflict and sins of a solar empire have to be my favs at the moment

Ok I want everyone to see how awsome Total war games are Ill bet money that none of you can deny the stratgistic feel with this many units on the map. I personally think its awsome. And if Anton or anyone says that warcraft 3 takes more skill to play then this, well there dumbasses.
